Windering

A forest walk where the land speaks back through an AI spirit.

2026 · with Kairos and RE-AK Technologies · Ongoing

A bio-adaptive walk in the forest, created with RE-AK Technologies. A wanderer moves freely through the woods wearing a light headset that streams their point of view with signals of emotion and attention. Elsewhere, a circle of watchers follows the same walk through an AI-augmented view where faces surface in the bark and light gathers wherever the gaze rests.

The watchers’ murmurs feed a voice the wanderer hears as the spirit of the place. A vision stage reads depth, saliency, and pareidolia from the live view, a diffusion stream paints what the watchers see, and a narrator model weaves their words, the wanderer’s affect, and the image into rare spoken lines over a swelling soundscape.

Moments that move the wanderer return as figures, and one of them stays, a small personal mythology that walks out of the forest with them. Windering stages attention as a sacred act and turns being witnessed into being held.
